El discurso repetido en el titular periodístico. “Jupânu”

Abstract


The weekly publication "Jupânu" features articles which express opinions on events that happened during the week. Due to this, readers don’t purchase it for the novelty it brings, but for the way it depicts reality. Its titles fit the purpose of attracting readers, and they do so by means of phrases that belong to the repeated discourse – either in their original form, or in a surprising, modified one. This work analyzes four types of transformations that occur in the titles of the newspaper based on repeated discourse
